Oh you'll love this "Clean & Simple" card for today. I used the 5-Petal Flower Punch:


Punch out your flower on your card layer, sponge around all the edges of the flower and all of the inside edges of the cut-out on your card:

Apply adhesive to the tips of each petal and glue opposite to the cut-out when you layer. You can see the little windows from the punched-out flower peeking out at you and letting the light in. I also used the Boho Blossoms punch to cut out the medium sized flower and layer it over the with a Rhinestone Brad.

TIP OF THE WEEK:

Sanding Blocks: Condition your new stamps! Use your sanding blocks by gently scruffing the rubber by using a back and forth motion. This will release some of the residue from the rubber in the manufacturing process. Once your stamps are scruffed, clean them on your Stampin' Scrub with Stampin' Mist Cleaner. You will notice that the ink will "grab" to the stamp image much better! Sanding Blocks are also the perfect tool to use for distressing paper.
